Leapcell Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of Leapcell's services (the "Service") is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy. If you are found to be in violation of any part of this policy, as determined by Leapcell in its sole discretion, we may issue a warning, suspend, or terminate your account. Please note that we may change this Acceptable Use Policy at any time, and it is your responsibility to review and adhere to the policies posted here. All capitalized terms used herein have the meanings stated in Leapcell's Terms of Service, unless stated otherwise.
By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
1. Prohibited Activities
1.1 Mirror Websites
- Hosting, distributing, or operating any service for the purpose of mirroring websites, data, or content without the explicit permission of the content owner.
1.2 Torrent Aggregators
- Using Leapcell's Service to host or distribute torrent files or act as a torrent aggregator without prior approval.
1.3 Crypto Mining
- Using the Service to mine cryptocurrencies or engage in any cryptocurrency mining activity.
1.4 Hosting/Distribution of DMCA Protected Content
- Hosting, distributing, or sharing any content that violates DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) regulations, including any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
1.5 VNCs/Virtual Desktops
- Hosting Virtual Network Computing (VNC) servers or virtual desktops that allow unauthorized access to remote systems or provide virtual desktop services to others without proper authorization.
1.6 Card Testing Services
- Engaging in or hosting card testing services, including the use of stolen or fraudulent credit card information, or any testing of card validity for fraudulent purposes.
1.7 Suspected Card Fraud / Payment Disputes
- Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent activities related to the payment or billing for the Service.
- Using fraudulent or stolen credit card information to make payments for Leapcell's services or attempting to bypass Leapcell's payment processes.
1.8 Trial Plan Abuse
- Abusing trial plans by creating multiple accounts to obtain free access to the Service without intention of becoming a paying customer, or any behavior that circumvents Leapcell’s fair use of trial plans.
1.9 Sending Spam
- Transmitting spam, chain letters, or any other unsolicited email through the Service.
- Sending emails for personal or commercial purposes is allowed, provided that the recipient has opted in to receive such communications. However, any form of bulk unsolicited emails or messages (spam) is strictly prohibited.
1.10 Anything Illegal
- Engaging in any unlawful activities, including any activities that are illegal under applicable local, national, or international laws, and activities that violate the rights of others or compromise the safety and security of the Service.
1.11 Data Scraping and Copying
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including but not limited to automated or non-automated "scraping."
1.12 Automated Access
- Using any automated systems, such as "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to Leapcell's servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a conventional web browser.
- Exception: Leapcell grants permission to the operators of public search engines to use spiders to copy publicly available materials from the Service, but only for the purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices and not caches or archives of such materials.
1.13 System Integrity and Security
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
1.14 Overloading Infrastructure
- Taking any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Leapcell's infrastructure.
1.15 Malicious Software
- Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or any other software agents that harm or disrupt the Service.
